At the end of an academic year, a comprehensive Student Satisfaction Survey is conducted on a sampling basis to identify and prioritize the performance gaps that need to be addressed.
The survey covers all aspects of the functioning of the Institute and includes issues like Instructional Effectiveness of the departments, Quality of Central Facilities like the Library and Internet, Support from various functional units like the Examination div, Administrative div, Adequacy of Infrastructure Facilities like Parking Space, Canteen etc.
A committee analyzes this data to prepare the action plan for improving the quality of the services provided to the students.
